海面を真上から撮影した写真と、氷の分子構造の重ね合わせが、モアレ効果によって拡大し混ざり合う。波立つ海面は、実は合成波として、様々な波形が合わさった結果できたものである。波が重なり、それがある角度で重なり合うとき、共鳴という特別な響きが生まれる。
The superposition of the molecular structure of ice and the photograph taken from directly above the sea surface are magnified and mixed by the moire effect. The rippling sea surface is actually a composite wave that is the result of a combination of various waveforms. When the waves overlap at an angle, a special resonance is created.
